As someone who photographs wildlife, birds, macro, and landscapes equally, I can see these two plugins having great potential for lots of different scenarios. now that i have a duplicate set of layers, i select my first frame and my first duplicate layer, apply gaussian blur at 5-6p, and continue until the last frame and layer are blurred. This review focuses on the two AI plugins that are of most interest to nature photographers Topaz Denoise AI and Topaz Sharpen AI. Denoise AI automatically opens with a four-panel comparison view, which I love. Although I opened used Denoise AI as a plug-in via Photoshop, Denoise AI operates well as stand-alone software. anyway, on gifs, i put my coloring layers into a group and i click the little eye icon next to it to make the coloring temporarily invisible. then, i select all of my frames, copy them, and paste them over my selected frames. After topaz clean and denoise are done downloading, you will be prompted to setup. Topaz Denoise AI screenshot prior to denoising. the process is lengthier but i feel that it works better. *edit* i’ve altered my ~glow-y method since i made this post.ahhh, sometimes when i feel like the gif needs a glow to smooth things out, i duplicate my first layer, drag it to the top (but beneath my coloring layers), apply gaussian blur at 3.7p, and then lower the layer opacity to 10-30% (make sure your first frame is selected).just make sure you don’t over-topaz either, because then your subject will start looking like they’re made of plastic. sometimes i have to lower the overall strength to. i use topaz denoise, which reduces noise and consequently helps to reduce file size.
